摘要
考察了聚丙烯(PP)树脂、乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)、矿物填料等组份对PP复合材料收缩率的影响。结果表明,PP树脂本身的收缩率越小,以其为基材的复合材料的收缩率也越小;POE的加入降低了复合材料的收缩率,且POE的用量越高,收缩率越小,当POE的质量分数为10%时,收缩率为1.027%,低于未添加POE的1.225%;片状滑石粉和针状硅灰石对复合材料的收缩限制作用较粒状碳酸钙更明显,矿物的粒径越小,复合材料的收缩率越小;复合材料的收缩率随着矿物含量的增加而降低,当滑石粉的质量分数为30%时,收缩率为0.768%,低于未添加矿粉时的1.532%。
The effects of PP resin, POE and different kinds of mineral fillers on shrinkage ratio of PP composite were studied. The results showed that shrinkage ratio was lower when the low shrinkage ratio PP resin was used ; the shrinkage ratio decreased with increasing the dosage of POE, when the POE was absent, the shrinkage ratio was 1. 225% and decreased to 1. 027% when the POE dosage was 10% ; compared with the grainy ealcarea carbonica, the sheet talc and the needlelike grammite could decrease the shrinkage ratio clearly; the shrinkage ratio decreased with increasing the dosage and reducing the mesh number of mineral filler, when the talc dosage was 30%, the shrinkage ratio was only 0. 768%, which was obviously lower then that of 1. 532% when the talc was absent.
