数控机床立柱结构有限元分析与优化设计研究 被引量:6

摘要 立柱是机床基本的零部件之一,其静动态特性对机床整机的性能有很大影响。为保证机床的静动态特性及工件的加工精度,运用SolidWorks三维软件和Ansys workbench有限元分析软件对立柱进行了静力学分析和模态分析。根据仿真分析结果,针对立柱的薄弱环节进行相应的结构改进优化,并对改进后的立柱进行静动特性分析。仿真结果表明:改进后立柱的变形量减少了7.6%,一阶模态频率提高了27.4%,同时质量减小了26 kg,静动态特性得到了明显提高。为数控机床静动态性能的提高提供了理论依据。 Column is one of the basic parts of machine tool, it' s static and dynamic characteristics has a great influ- ence on the performance of the machine tool machine, in order to ensure the static and dynamic characteristics of machine tool and work piece machining accuracy, the statics and the modal were analyzed with the help of ansys workbench finite element software for the column. According to the results of the simulation analysis, aiming at the weak link of the post ac- cordingly improved structure optimization, and the improved column scheme will be conducted of the static and dynamic characteristics analysis. Simulation results show that the improved column deformation decreased 7.6% , the first -order modal frequency is increased by 27.4% , the mass reduced 26 kg at the same time, the static and dynamic performance of improved obviously. They can provide a theoretical basis for improvement he static and dynamic characteristics of the NC machine tools.
