摘要
本文主要研究液压凿岩钎尾的选材、锻造及热处理工艺对其组织和性能的影响。钎尾不仅是一种典型的承受多冲压缩、弯曲和扭转的杆件,而且还要承受井下的矿水冲刷腐蚀。在实际凿岩生产时,往往由于矿体结构复杂或操作不慎等因素,使钎尾经常会在大能量多次冲击的过载苛刻条件下服役,很容易发生早期损坏失效。根据钎尾的服役条件,通过液压凿岩钎尾渗碳或者碳氮共渗—高温回火—二次淬火—低温回火的热处理工艺对比试验,提出采用碳氮共渗空冷高温回火连续两次淬火低温回火处理,使钎尾的平均寿命得到较大提高,从而为制作高寿命液压凿岩钎尾提供一种新的生产方法。
The paper studies the material of the shank adaptor, studies the effects of forging and technology for heat- ing processing on the finish heat treatment of the shank adaptor' s material. The shank is not only bearing pressed, bended and twisted, but also received erosive from unground wastewater. In the actual production process, usually, because of am- plex ore in situ structure or improper operation and other reasons, can cause the shank running in over loading and impac- ting,thus the shank is easily damaged According to the running condition of the shank, by contrast test of technology for heating processing,the paper advances the technology for heating processing that is carbonitriding// nicarboning, air - cooling, high - tempering, continuous quenched again and low - tempering. The technology can increase the average life of the shank.
