摘要
利用有限元法对传动轴冷拔过程进行模拟仿真,通过正交实验法研究模具结构参数(工作锥半角α、过渡圆弧半径R、定径带长度L d)对传动轴冷拔成形的影响,模拟分析得到最小拉拔力、最小径向压应力及最小等效残余应力条件下最优模具参数组合为:α=5°、R=5 mm、Ld=4 mm。在此基础上对优化方案和传统的设计方案进行了模拟比较分析,结果表明优化的模具结构比传统的方案更好,有利于提高冷拔制品质量,延长模具寿命。
Finite element method was used to simulate the shaft cold drawing process . By means of orthogonal experi- mental method to investigate die structure parameters ( the semi - angle of drawing dies or, the transition arc radius R, the length of bearing part L,I ) on the impact of cold - drawn shaft. As a result, the optimal parameter combination were ob- tained under the minimum drawing force , minimum radial stress and the minimum equivalent residual stress conditions which are a = 5 o, R = 5 mm and Ld = 4 mm. Based on what was mentioned before, this optimization scheme was simulated and compared with traditional design scheme numerically. Consequently, the results confirmed the superiority of the opti- mization design of dies ' structure, which is significant for improving the quality of cold drawing products and prolonging the life of dies.
