摘要
应某内燃机活塞生产企业的要求。研究了冷却速度对该企业正在使用的混合稀土共晶Al-Si合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,该合金的显微组织对冷却速度的敏感性是很强的,随着冷却速度的提高,可以有效细化合金,合金材料的抗拉强度和延伸率也会得到较大幅度的提高。
Based on the request of internal combustion engine piston manufacturer, this paper focused on cooling rate impact on microscopic structure and mechanical property of Rare Earth Eutectic Al - Si Alloys. The results shows that the microscopic structure of the alloy on the cooling rate sensitivity is very strong, with the increase of the cooling rate, can be effectively refined alloys, alloy materials tensile strength and elongation will be dramatically increased.
