结合料对水泥乳化沥青混合料干缩性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为研究水泥乳化沥青混合料中结合料对其干缩性能的影响,采用AC-10集料级配,以不同水泥用量等质量代替混合料中的矿粉,变化乳化沥青用量,并结合光学显微镜、SEM和XRD微观手段研究分析水泥乳化沥青混合料干缩率的变化规律和机理。结果表明:混合料的干缩率随着水泥用量增加而减小,随着乳化沥青用量增加而增大;水泥乳化沥青胶浆中含有较多结构致密的结晶系水化产物,利于降低混合料干缩率。 To study the effects of binders on the shrinkage behavior of cement emulsified asphalt mixture, AC-10 aggregate gradation is adopted with different dosages of cement to replace the mineral fillers and changed dosages of emulsified asphalt. The optical microscope, the SEM and the XRD are adopted to re- search and analyze transformation law of the shrinkage ratio and mechanism. The results show that the dry shrinkage of the mixtures decreases with an increase in the contents of cement; and increases with an in- creases in the contents of emulsified asphalt. There are lots of dense crystal cement hydration products in- teracting with asphalt in the cement emulsified asphalt mastic, which are favorable for can decreasing the dry shrinkage ratio of the mixtures.
