摘要
针对某款平板电脑的新型可折叠一体成型式纸浆模塑缓冲衬垫,参照实物跌落试验,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行仿真。仿真结果与纸浆模塑衬垫的缓冲机理一致,且与实物跌落试验的测试曲线相吻合,表明本文方法可行且有效。
For a new collapsible one piece molded pulp cushion of tablet PC, this paper uses ANSYS/LS- DYNA to simulate based on physical drop test. Simulation results are found to be consistent with the buffer mechanism of molded pulp cushion and in conformity with the curve of physical drop test, whereby showing that the method of this paper is feasible and effective.
