无极灯控制装置的闭环设计

摘要 针对无极灯工作稳定性差、产品成品率低等问题,从无极灯工作原理出发,提出了无极灯全局稳定系统的概念,巧妙地通过对无极灯控制装置的功率因数校正部分和高频逆变电路部分分别实现回路控制,完成了无极灯控制装置的闭环设计,并从跟踪光电特性变化的角度,详述了无极灯闭环回路给定参数优化的方法,对于无极灯研究有实际意义。 Focus on the poor working stability and the low product yield problems of the electrodeless lamp,the concept of global stability for the system of electrodeless lamp is proposed through its working principle.The closed-loop design of the electrodeless lamp control device is completed skillfully by achieving the loop control of power factor correction section and high-frequency inverter circuit section of the electrodeless lamp control device.Moreover,the electrodeless lamp closed-loop optimization method is described for a given parameter from the perspective of tracking changes in the optical and electrical properties.Consequently,the research on electrodeless lamp has practical significance.
