摘要 针对12V16AH容量的镍氢电池充电需求,设计了一款数字式智能充电器。该充电器电源电路采用反激式拓扑结构,控制电路通过对电池电压、充电电流和电池温度的监测以动态调整PWM波占空比,从而实现电池充电过程的数字化和优化管理。介绍了硬件电路的原理,并详细分析了RCD箝位电路和变压器的设计,介绍了充电器的软件流程。实验结果表明,该系统能实现电池充电过程的优化控制管理,具有充电快速、可靠、体积小等优点,可广泛适用于不同类型电池的充电。 According to the 12V16AH Ni-MH battery capacity charging demand,a digital intelligent charger is designed.The flyback topology is adopted for the supply circuit of charger power.The digitization and optimization management of battery charging is implemeted by dynamic adjustment of the PWM duty cycle through the monitoring of the battery voltage,charge current and battery temperature.The principle of hardware circuit is introduced,and the design of RCD clamping circuit and transformer is analyzed in detail.The software design process for the charger is introduced.The experiments demonstrate that the system implements optimization management of battery charging process,with fast charging,reliable,small volume,and can be widely applied to different types of battery charging.
