摘要
阿维菌素发酵生产过程中会产生大量的废液,治理难度大。筛选得到一适用于阿维菌素废液的专用酵母菌种,经18S rDNA测序,鉴定为热带假丝酵母,同源性100%。然后运用统计学优化培养条件,确定最优条件为发酵时间为28.68 h和装液量为51.60mL、pH为4.0,得到最大生物量9.84 g/L。中试试验结果表明,废水培养的酵母作为培养基组份可应用于阿维菌素发酵过程,可降低生产成本,也可降低阿维菌素废水的COD。
Avermectin is a sate, highly effective, novel pesticide. Waster water from avermectin production is very hard for treatment because of high COD concentration and avermectin residue. In this paper, a specific yeast strain was screened from the waste water and was identified by the method of 18S rDNA sequence analysis as the yeast Candida tropicalis. Then the optimization of its fermentation conditions were studied. The results showed that in the shake flask experiments,with the conditions at the liquid volume of 51.60 mL, optimization pH = 4.0, the fermentation period of 28.68 h, the fermentation shows the best,with dry biomass up to 9.84 g/L. It was demonstrated that the yeast biomass could he used in the process of avermectin production to reduce the material cost by the pilot scale experiment.
