摘要
比较了硫酸法钛白粉生产的原料路线,分析了以单一钛铁矿为原料生产中存在的问题,提出了硫酸法钛白粉生产中酸溶性钛渣和钛铁矿原料的联合使用及酸解工序部分设计的优化,实现了节能减排的目标。
The raw material route in Titanium dioxide production by sulfuric acid process was compared. The exiting problem in production with raw material of single ilmenite was analysed. The combined use of acidsoluble Titanium slag and ilmenite raw materials and the optimization of partial design in acidolysis process were offered. So the objective of energy-saving and emission-reduction was realized.
