摘要
用双缩脲法测定奶渣法生产的干酪素含量,与常用的凯氏定氮法结果比较,两种方法所得实验结果无显著性差异。
This paper studied the determination method of casein content which made milk residue, and by biuret-spectrotometric method. The results indicated almost same as compared with Kjeldahl determination.
