Adverse reaction and complications in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia by high-intensity focused ultrasound

近年来,高强度聚焦超声已在治疗前列腺增生中得到广泛运用,其在带来良好效果的同时,也存在着不良反应及并发症,如急性尿潴留等。正确认识、有效预防、及时发现及处理这些不良反应或并发症也取得了一定进展,现就常见并发症及其防治进行综述。

High-intensity focused ultrasound（HIFU） has been applied to treat prostatic hyperplasia in recent years. Some adverse reactions and complications, such as acute urinary retention, might happen athough it has good therapeutic efficacy. Some clinical researches had made progress in correctly understanding, preventing, finding and handling them timely. This literature will review its common complications and preventions.
