摘要
目的探讨正常婴儿髋关节超声测量与特征,为婴儿发育性髋关节脱位的诊断提供客观对照依据。方法对51例婴儿双侧髋关节进行超声检查,运用Graf法对图像进行测量并记录结果,对测量结果进行统计分析处理。结果婴儿股骨头骨化中心随年龄增长而逐渐增大;正常婴儿左右两侧髋关节α角、β角比较,差异无统计学意义;正常男婴与女婴髋关节α角、β角比较,差异无统计学意义。结论超声检查婴儿髋关节可以获得较完整的髋关节发育信息,可以为DDH的早期诊断提供依据。
Objective To investigate the ultrasonic measurements and characteristics of normal infant's hip, and to find diagnostic features for developmental dysplasia of hip (DDH). Methods The bilateral hips of 51 infants were examined by ultrasound, Graf's method was used to measure the alpha and beta angle on ultrasonic images. The data were collected and statistically analyzed. Results The infant' s ossification centers in femur were increased with age, and the differences of alpha and beta angle between the left and right hip had no statistical significance, neither nor between the boys and girls. Conclusion Ultrasonic examination can obtain the complete development imformations of infant's hips and help to diagnose DDH early.
