54例肩难产的母婴结局 被引量：2

摘要 肩难产是一种少见的分娩急症，近20年来，其发生率有上升趋势Ⅲ。由于胎肩不能及时娩出及过度牵拉胎头可引起新生儿锁骨骨折、肱骨骨折、臂丛神经损伤、新生儿窒息等并发症，严重时可导致胎儿及新生儿死亡。
