纳米载体在眼科药物中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 90%的眼部疾病是通过局部给予滴眼剂来治疗的,但是由于特殊的眼部解剖结构使不到5%的药物进入眼内组织,远远达不到有效地治疗浓度。近年来,由于纳米技术的应用和基于纳米技术的眼部药物载体的深入研究,有效地解决了传统滴眼剂利用度差的问题。文中就几种常用的纳米载体如纳米粒子、脂质体、类脂质体、树枝状聚合物、环糊精及载药隐形眼镜等进行综述,以期选择一种更安全、更适合眼部的纳米药物载体。
