摘要
目的研究口服欧洲越橘提取物对弱视患儿双眼对比敏感度的作用。方法收集2012年7-9月在温州医科大学附属眼视光医院门诊就诊的单眼或双眼弱视患者120例,按随机表分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例)。治疗组在常规弱视治疗的基础上服用欧洲越橘提取物3个月,对照组单纯进行常规弱视治疗。随访3个月后观察双眼最佳矫正视力和对比敏感度的变化。结果治疗期间两组弱视眼最佳矫正视力和对比敏感度各空间频率均有不同程度的改善,治疗组视力改善较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。治疗组和对照组弱视眼的对比敏感度均有提高,两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);治疗组中单眼弱视者的“健眼”高空间频率对比敏感度明显改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论服用欧洲越橘提取物对改善弱视患儿视觉功能有一定作用,尤其能一定程度改善弱视患儿“健跟”的对比敏感度。
Objective To study the effect of bilberry extract on binocular contrast sensitivity in children with amblyopia. Methods Collect monocular or binocular amblyopia patients 120 cases , who visited in our hospital from 2012 July to 2012 September, randomly divided into treatment group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases). The treatment group based on routine treatment of amblyopia on the use of bilberry extract for 3 months, the control group only routine treatment of amblyopia. After followed up for 3 months to observe the changes of eye best corrected visual acu- ity and contrast sensitivity. Results During the treatment, two groups amblyopic eye got different extent improvement in best corrected visual acuity and contrast sensitivity of the spatial frequency . While the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). Both of the treatment group and the control group of amblyopic eye contrast sensitivity was improved, but no significant difference between the two groups (P 〉0.05); For the monocu- lar amblyopia patients , the "healthy eye" got improvement in high spatial frequency contrast sensitivity in treatment group,a significant difference with the control group (P 〈0.05). Conclutions Use of bilberry extract had certain effect to improve the visual function of children with amblyopia, especially to a certain extent to improve the contrast sensitivity of the "healthy eye "of the monocular amblyopia children.
