摘要
目的 探讨一种新的计算机辅助设计个性化舌侧矫治器的设计方法.方法 将标准牙颌模型进行锥体束CT扫描,然后在Mimics软件中三维重建,获得数字模型.使用数字摄影测量技术获得Ormco公司的STb托槽外形尺寸数据.在Solidworks软件中,根据所得数据绘制水平和垂直槽沟的托槽体,建立托槽库.同时提取牙齿舌侧曲面,绘制个性化舌侧托槽底板和个性化舌侧弓丝,并进行匹配.最终得到个性化舌侧托槽和个性化舌侧弓丝.结果 在计算机中绘制得到了水平和垂直槽沟托槽和颊管,建立了托槽数据库.探索出使用Solidworks以及Mimics等逆向工程软件设计个性化舌侧系统的方法.结论 使用Mimics和Solidworks进行个性化舌侧矫治系统的数字化设计是可行的.
Objective The purpose of the study is to investigate a new method of designing customized lingual orthodontic appliance based on standard digital dental model. Methods The maxillary standard permanent dentition models were scanned by CBCT and imported into Mimics for reconstructing 3-dimensional digital models. By means of V-STARS, the contour data of STbbrackets (Ormco) were obtained. In Solidworks, database of bracket bodies with horizontal and vertical slots were set up by drawing from the contour data. Meanwhile, lingual surfaces of teeth were extracted from digital models to design customized lingual bracket bases and lingual arch wires. Then, the bodies of bracket, the bases of bracket and arch wire were assembled together. Results Through computer-aided technology, we successfully designed two sets of lingual brackets(horizontal slot and vertical slot)and built up a database. Moreover, we explored a method to design customized lingual appliance by Solidworks and Mimics. Conclusions is feasible to design customized lingual arch wire and brackets with computer software Solidworks and Mimics.
