Preparation of Microcrystalline Cellulose from Larch Wood Residue

摘要 目的:利用提取二氢槲皮素(DHQ)后的落叶树木材残渣制备微晶纤维素。方法:从提取二氢槲皮素后废弃的木屑中制备出总纤维素,之后以总纤维素为原料,硫酸作催化剂,使用过氧化氢、乙酸水解纤维素,制备出微晶纤维素。结果:总纤维素、微晶纤维素的提取率分别达到81.45%、52.67%,微晶纤维素纯度达到99%以上。结论:所制备的微晶纤维素完全符合国家微晶纤维素的质量标准。该提取工艺操作简单、成本较低,且环境友好,具有非常好的应用前景。 Objective:To established a green method of preparated microcrystalline cellulose from larch wood residue after extracted of Di- hydroquercetin (DHQ). Method:Firstly, preparing total cellulose from the larch wood sawdust; secondly,taking the total cellulose as raw materials and sulfuric acid as a catalyst,using hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid hydrolysis to produce microcrystalline cellulose. Result: The extraction efficiency of total cellulose and microcrystalline cellulose were 81.45% and 52. 67% ,purity of microcrystalline cellulose was more than 99%. Conclusion:The resultant microcrystalline cellulose fully complied with the quality standards of the countries of the microcrystalline cellulose. This technical process was simple, costless and nontoxic to the environment,it had great prospect in applying to the industry production.
