mTOR信号通路在癫痫发生中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 目前临床上用于癫痫治疗的药物均为对症治疗(anti-seizure),不能干预癫痫的发生(anti-epilepsy)及进程,即使服用这类药物,仍有1/3的患者得不到有效控制,因此,必须明确癫痫的发生机制以研发新型抗癫痫药物。mTOR信号通路调控细胞的生长、增殖、分化、凋亡和突触可塑性,近年来在癫痫发生中的作用得以广泛研究。mTOR抑制剂雷帕霉素亦成为癫痫治疗药物的强力候选者。明确mTOR信号通路在癫痫发生中的作用,以mTOR信号通路作为新型抗癫痫药物的作用靶点,将对癫痫治疗产生深远影响。
