摘要
一台50MW机组发电机轴承频繁出现振动超标并且导致轴瓦损坏事故,通过对振动进行现场测试分析,诊断振动故障的根本原因在于轴承座的结构及安装质量存在缺陷。制定方案对轴承座进行改造处理后,振动故障得以成功消除,为机组长期安全稳定运行提供保障。
The bearing vibration of a 50MW generator set exceeded the standards frequently and caused damage accident of bush,through on-site test and analysis of the vibrating condition, defects of structure of bearing seats and quality of installation was diagnosed to be root cause. Planning and modification on the bearing seat successfully eliminated the vibration fault and guaranteed the long-term stabilization and security in operation of units.
