摘要 分别采用自主研制的模具温度测量装置和Moldflow 2013专业版软件实时监测和模拟了聚丙烯材料注塑成型过程中模具内部的温度场变化,模拟与实测的结果有良好的吻合度。采用控制变量法研究分析了注塑成型工艺参数对模温的影响,发现冷却水和保压时间是影响模温变化的关键工艺变量,而熔体温度是次要变量。研究结果为高分子材料注塑成型过程的温度场控制的设计提供了实验依据。 The temperature field inside the mold in the process of injection molding of the polypropylene material was monitored on a real-time basis by using a self-developed mold temperature measuring device, and at the same time it was also simulated with the software of Moldflow 2013 Professional Edition. The measured results agreed well with that of simulation. The variable-control method was used to analyze the effects of injection molding parameters on the mold temperature. The corresponding result showed that the cooling water and packing time are the key process parameters responsible for the change of mold temperature, while the melt temperature is a secondary one. This provides the experimental proof for the design of temperature field control of injection molding process of polymer materials.
