复方乳酸软膏联合派瑞松治疗手部湿疹疗效观察

摘要 手部湿疹主要发生在家庭主妇、美容美发师、厨师等人群中,近几年医护人员发病率逐渐升高,可能与皮肤屏障功能遭受严重破坏后易对金属、橡胶、机油、洗涤剂和清洁剂等发生过敏和刺激反应有关.2011年1月至2013年2月本科室应用复方乳酸软膏联合派瑞松治疗手部湿疹,取得了良好疗效.现报道如下.…… 作者单位：刘永（胜利油田中心医院,山东东营,257000）
