桑蚕幼虫培育蛹虫草复合体的研究初报 被引量:1

摘要 应用桑蚕幼虫体人工培育蛹虫草复合体,对不同虫龄桑蚕幼虫体的头部或腹部采用2个蛹虫草菌种进行人工接种后室内培养。结果表明:在不同虫龄的桑蚕幼虫体上接种蛹虫草菌均能长成蛹虫草复合体[由虫体和子实体(草)组成];蛹虫草复合体得率桑蚕幼虫体头部接种高于腹部接种,4龄虫体接种高于其他虫龄,菌种824高于菌种002,蛹虫草复合体得率最高为72.0%。不同菌株、虫龄和虫体部位长成菌丝率与蛹虫草复合体率之间存在线性相关关系。 The heads or abdomens of different instar silkworm larvae were inoculated artificially with two kinds of caterpillar fungus and cultivated in laboratory.The results showed that all the different instar silkworm larvae inoculated with caterpillar fungus could become aweto.In terms of aweto yield rate,the heads inoculated were higher than the abdomens inoculated,the 4th instar larvae inoculated were higher than other instar larvae inoculated,and the larvae inoculated with Strain 824 were higher than the larvae inoculated with Strain 002.The highest yield rate was 72.0%.There was a linear correlation between the hypha growth rate in locations of different instar larvae inoculated with different strains and the aweto yield rate.
