摘要
通过室内试验研究温度、土壤含水量、水层和土层深度等环境因子对鲤肠发生的影响.结果表明:鲤肠最适萌发温度为25~35℃,最低萌发温度为10~15℃,最高萌发温度为40~45℃;鲤肠萌发最适土壤含水量为50%,所需最低土壤含水量为10%~20%;鲤肠只能在土壤表面萌发,土层深度>0.4 cm时,鲤肠不能出苗.水层对鲤肠影响较大,水层处理可显著降低鲤肠的出苗率.
Lab experiments with Eclipta prostrata were carried out in order to study E.prostrata growth as influenced by such environmental factors as temperature,soil moisture,aquifer and soil depth.The results showed that the minimum and maximum temperatures for E.prostrata to germinate were 10-15 ℃ and 40-45 ℃ respectively,and the optimum germination temperature was 25-35 ℃.The lowest soil water content for E.prostrata to germinate was 10%-20%,and the optimum soil water content was 50%.E.prostrata could germinate only on soil surface and could not emerge from the soil over 0.4 cm deep.Its germination was influenced greatly by aquifer,and its emergence rate could be significantly decreased by aquifer treatment.
