不同肥料处理对苦荞产量和品质的影响 被引量:12

摘要 以2份苦荞材料‘T367'和‘T398'为试验对象,研究不同肥料处理对其产量和品质的影响。结果表明:有机肥和无机肥混合处理时,苦养材料的产量显著高于其他施肥处理,且‘T367'的产量显著高于‘T398'。有机肥处理时,苦荞材料的淀粉、总膳食纤维和可溶性膳食纤维的含量较高,而黄酮、不溶性膳食纤维的含量最低;用有机-无机复合处理时,蛋白质含量最高;2份苦荞材料间品质存在差异,苦荞‘T.398'的淀粉、蛋白质和可溶性膳食纤维的含量高于‘T367',而总膳食纤维含量低于‘T367';两品种间的黄酮含量及理化特性基本接近。在不施肥处理时,2份苦荞材料对不饱和脂肪的吸附能力较高,对饱和脂肪的吸附能力与各肥料处理间差异不显著,‘T367'对脂肪的吸附能力高于苦荞‘T398'。 Cultural experiments with 2 tartary buckwheat materials ‘ T367' and ‘ T398' were carried out under different fertilizer treatments.The results showed that both tartary buckwheat materials' yields under the mixed treatment of organic and inorganic fertilizers were significantly higher than those under other fertilizer treatments,and the yield of ‘T367' was significantly higher than that of ‘ T398'.Under the organic fertilizer treatment,the amylum,total dietary fiber and soluble dietary fiber contents of both materials were higher,but the flavone and insoluble dietary fiber contents were the lowest.Under the mixed treatment of organic and inorganic fertilizers,their protein content was the highest.There was difference in quality between both materials.The contents of amylum,protein and soluble dietary fiber of ‘T398' were higher than those of ‘T367',the total dietary fiber content of ‘ T398' was lower than that of ‘ T367',while both materials were basically similar in flavone content and physical and chemical characteristics.Under no fertilization,both materials had a greater adsorption capacity of unsaturated fat,but there was not a significant difference in adsorption capacity of saturated fat among various fertilizer treatments.‘T367' had a greater adsorption capacity of fat than ‘T398'.
