崇明白扁豆种质资源的聚类分析与评价

Cluster analysis and evaluationon germplasm resources of Chongming lima bean

对25份崇明白扁豆种质资源的主要农艺性状及其相关参数进行了聚类分析,结果表明:不同种质材料的主要农艺性状间均存在一定程度的变异,平均变异系数为1.538,其中分枝数、鲜百粒重的变异系数较大,荚长、荚宽的变异系数较小。在欧氏距离D=7.27时,结合百粒重和单株产量等主要农艺性状,可将参试种质资源分成4个类群:第Ⅰ类为大粒型类群,第Ⅱ类为小粒型类群,第Ⅲ类为复合型类群(即优质种群),第Ⅳ类为早熟类群。聚类分析结果表明,不同种质材料间存在一定的遗传差异。

The major agronomic characters and relevant parameters of Chongming lima bean germplasm were analyzed by cluster analysis.The results showed that certain differences existed among trains of the different germplasm materials.The mean coefficient of variation was 1.538,the branch number and fresh 100-seed weight have a bigger coefficient of variation,while the pod length and pod width have the lowest coefficient of variation.At the level D =7.27,combined 100-seed weight and the yield per plant,the tested varieties could be classified into 4 major groups：Ⅰ is big-seed group,Ⅱ is small-seed group,Ⅲ is composite group,and Ⅳ is early-maturing group.The cluster analysis resulted that genetic differences existed between individuals.
