Contrast-enhanced ultrasonographic characteristics of an intrahepatic bile duct adenoma

肝内胆管腺瘤临床少见,多于常规体检时发现,其常规超声表现特征性不明显,易造成误诊.本例患者超声造影表现为"快进快出",不易与富血供的肝肿瘤相鉴别.由于病例极少,其超声造影特征有待进一步研究.

Intrahepatic bile duct adenoma is a rare clinical entity which was frequently found in routine physical examinations. It is easy to be misdi-agnosed due to its unspecific ultrasonographic characteristics. The major contrast-enhanced ultrasonographic characteristic of the present case was ＂fast in and fast out＂ pattern, which is difficult to be differentiated from those hyper-vascular hepatic tumors. The contrasbenhanced ultrasonographic characteristics need to be fur-ther studied.
