老年病房责任制护理排班方式的改进与效果分析

Improvement and effectiveness analysis of primary nursing scheduling mode in geriatric ward

目的责任制护理是一种以病人为中心,对其实行有计划、系统的24 h负责护理的工作制度。文章探讨老年病房开展责任制护理中改进排班方式对提高临床护理质量的效果。方法改进原有的护士排班形式,以责任护士连续性A班全程负责为特点的工作模式开展临床护理工作,比较排班方式变化前后护理不良事件发生率、护理质量指标、病人满意度、健康教育落实率的变化。结果改进排班方式和工作模式后护理不良事件发生率降低,各项管理指标合格率提高,患者满意度及健康教育率落实率得到提升。结论责任护士连续性排班有利于责任护士全面系统地护理病人,为老年病房患者提供高质量的整体护理服务。

Objective Primary nursing is a patient-oriented working system and premeditated and systemic 24 hours primary nursing for patients. The aim of this study was to explore the effect of the primary nursing scheduling mode on the nursing quality promotion in geriatric ward. Methods Previous scheduling mode was reformed. Clinical nursing care was carried out through a woking mode characterized by responsible nurses continuous fully responsible for class A. The incidence of nursing adverse events, nursing quality indicators, patient satisfaction and the implementation rate of health education were compared before and after the change of work schedule. Results The improved nursing scheduling mode reduced the incidence of nursing adverse events, increased the qualified rate of various management indicators, and increased the patient satisfaction and the implementation rate of health education. Conclusion Primary nursing scheduling mode has significant benefits for comprehensive and systematical patient care, and may provide high quality of holistic nursing care service for patients in geriatric ward.
