水动力系统行自体脂肪注射隆乳术的体会 被引量:7

The clinical experience in 18 cases of breast augmentation with autologous fat grafting by the body-jet hydrodynamic system

摘要 目的:探讨应用Body—Jet水动力系统行脂肪抽吸后注射到乳房内达到隆乳目的的一种新方法和效果。方法:应用Body-Jet水动力辅助吸脂系统,抽吸脂肪后,多层次、多隧道注入到乳房组织内,根据乳房基础条件每次每侧脂肪注射量为150~300ml。3个月后复查,15例患者行二次脂肪注射。结果:我科自2012年10月至2013年5月共完成该手术18例,乳房较术前丰满、圆润,取得满意效果。结论:应用Body-Jet水动力系统行脂肪抽吸,多层次、多隧道注射到乳房内,效果确切,是一种较理想的隆乳方法。 Objective To introduce a procedure and the clinical efficacy of autologous fat graft for breast augmentation. Methods Autologous fat suspended solution was harvested by using body-jet hydrodynamic system,then the fat tissue was grafted to breast through multiple layers and tunnels.The quantity of grafted fat tissue was about 150-300ml in each side of the breast.After 3 months post- operatively observation,15 cases received fat graft operation for the second time. Results From October 2012 to May 2013,18 patients received breast augmentation surgery. All cases achieved more natural breast contour and shape. Conclusion The effect of autologous fat graft by body-jet hydrodynamic system is a reliable method for breast augmentation.
