5-氟尿嘧啶治疗病毒疣疗效观察

Clinical observation of 5-fluorouracil in the treatment of verruca

目的:观察5-氟尿嘧啶注射液外用对病毒疣的疗效。方法:219例病毒疣患者,随机分成两组:治疗组127例,予5-氟尿嘧啶外用;对照组92例,予重组人干扰素α2b外用,4周后观察疗效。结果:治疗组扁平疣、寻常疣、趾疣、尖锐湿疣有效率分别为91.4%、79.4%、75.7%、90.5%,总有效率83.5%;对照组扁平疣、寻常疣、趾疣、尖锐湿疣有效率分别为63.0%、47.8%、45.5%、60.0%,总有效率为54.3%。两组有效率比较:扁平疣(χ2=7.45,P<0.05)、寻常疣(χ2=6.16,P<0.05)、趾疣(χ2=5.0,P<0.03)、尖锐湿疣(χ2=5.16,P<0.03)、总有效率(χ2=22.07,P<0.01),差别均有统计学意义。结论:5-氟尿嘧啶注射液外用于病毒疣疗效满意。

Objective To observe the effect of topical 5-fluorouracil injection on verruca. Methods 219 cases of verruca were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group of 127 cases treated with 5- fluorouracil topical, the control group of 92 cases treated with recombinant human interferon α2b topical, observe curative effect at the end of the 4 week. Results The efficiency of verruca plan＆ verruca vulgaris, verruca plantaris, condyloma acuminatum in the treatment group were 91.4%, 79.4%, 75.7%, 79.4%, the total efficiency was 83.5%.The efficiency of verruca plana, verruca vulgaris, verruca plantaris, condyloma acuminatum in the control group were 63%, 47.8%, 45.5%, 60%, the total efficiency was 54.3%.The comparison of efficiency of the 2 groups ： verruca plana （,~=7.45,P〈0.05）, verruca vulgaris （Z2=6.16,P〈0.05）, verruca plantaris （X2= 5.0,P〈0.05）, condyloma acuminatum （X2=5.16,P〈0.05）, the total efficiency （X2=22.07,P〈0.05）, the difference had statistical significance. Conclusion The efficacy of 5- fluorouracil injection topical verruca satisfaction.
