摘要
双幽门畸形临床少见。可分为先天性和后天性。小儿多为先天性畸形,诊断主要靠胃镜检查。治疗分手术治疗、内科保守治疗及随访观察等。
Pyloric duplication is rare in clinic. It may be divided into congenital and acquired disease. In children, it is much more congenital malformation. It was diagnosed by gastroscopy. Treatments include surgery, conservative treatment and follow-up observation.
