摘要
Dieulafoy病变是一种黏膜下层的小动脉侵蚀到黏膜层导致的出血。超声内镜检查使确定出血的来源变得比较容易并且使靶向治疗成为可能,因为它可以精确地确定血管的解剖学位置。
Dieulafoy＇ s lesion is a dilated submucosal arteriole that erodes overlying mucosa, resulting in bleeding. The identification of the source of bleed becomes easier and targeted therapy is also possible because of precise vascular anatomy with endoscopic uhrasonography.
