Systemic sclerosi＇s （SSc） is an unexplained to clinical limitations or diffuse skin thickening and fiber into the characteristics of the connective tissue disease. In addition to the skin involvement outside, it also can affect the vis- ceral including the heart, lungs and organs such as the digestive tract. This paper aims to systematically discuss and study the clinical manifestations and treatment of SSc, which can provide reference for the understanding of the disease.
