摘要
通过对15例因终末期肝病施行肝移植术后出现并发症情况的分析,对使用介入技术在肝移植术后胆道并发症的应用进行了初步的探讨。我们认为介入技术为诊断和处理肝移植后胆道并发症及其病因提供了一种十分重要的手段。
15 cases after orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) have been studied in thispaper. The interventional radiology procedure have been used for diagnose or/and treat the biliary complications after OLT. This procedure has been disscused. It was found that the interventioal radiology technique plays the most important role in management of biliary complication after OLT, Furthmore, it also plays an important role in finding out the cause of biliary complication after OLT.
