CT引导立体定位下行骨科微小病灶手术的探讨

目的 研究在CT引导立体定位下施行骨科微小病灶清除手术的效果。方法 对8例X片难以发现而仅能通过CT扫描才能发现的微小病灶,在CT引导立体定位下进行病灶清除手术。结果 8例病人术后均进行CT检查,病灶清除率达到了100％。由于术中定位准确,避免了正常骨组织的破坏,死腔小,无须植骨,减少切口感染的机会。结论 骨科微小病灶的清除手术,术中准确定位是个难题,而借助CT引导立位定位施行病灶清除可达到满意的疗效。

Objective: To investigate the Lefficency of operation of the minute lesions of the bony disease guided by CT stereotactic scan. Materials and methods: The operation was done in 8 cases whose minute lesions were founded by CT scan only, and the X - ray examination showed normally, Results: After the operation, 8 cases were rescaned by CT, and showed that all the lesions were eliminated completely because the exact localization guided by CT scan, the remnant cavity was smaller , and it need not bony transplantion, so reduced the chance of inflammation. Conclusion: It is difficult to localize the minute focus in the operation, CT guidded method can be used to get good result.
