摘要
为了研究稀土含量与分布状态对铝合金力学性能的影响,将不同含量的稀土元素加入铸造铝合金并铸造成标准试棒。采用电子式拉伸试验机对浇注的试棒进行拉伸实验比较其力学性能,电子探针显微镜用于铸造铝合金试棒断面扫面分析。结果表明,稀土添加含量在2%时能够获得较好的晶粒组织,良好的稀土分散状态能够有效地提升铝合金的力学性能。
In order to study the mechanical properties of the Al-alloy with different distribution and content of rare earth, the different contents of rare earth elements were added into cast aluminum alloy to prepare standard test bars, and their mechanical properties were compared, the composition and the microstructure of the alloy were analyzed. The results show that adding rare earth content of 2% can result in the better grain structure, and the mechanical properties of aluminum alloy can be improved with good dispersion state of rare earth.
