淬回火工艺对铸钢ZG25MnNi组织和性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了淬火温度及回火温度对铸钢ZG25MnNi显微组织及力学性能的影响规律。试验结果表明,在不同温度下淬火后试样组织转化为板条状马氏体,且900℃淬火时试样硬度值最大;试样在900℃淬火后分别在不同温度下回火后组织为细针状铁素体,随着回火温度的升高,试样抗拉强度逐渐降低,伸长率逐渐增加,在560-620℃回火试样具有较好的综合力学性能。 The effects of quenching temperature and tempering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of cast steel ZG25MnNi were investigated. The results show that, after quenching, the microstructure transfers into lath martensite, the maximum hardness is achieved at 900 ℃. After quenched at 900 ℃ and then tempered at different temperature, the microstructure with fine acicular ferrite is obtained. With the increase of tempering temperature, the sample's tensile strength decreases while elongation increases gradually. The samples tempered at 560 -620 ℃ show relative optimum mechanical properties.
