摘要
采用金相和力学性能分析手段研究了未变质和锶变质对ZL102合金组织和力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:Sr变质对ZL102组织有很大的影响,随Sr加入量的增加,共晶硅的形貌由片状变为针片状加纤维状,最后为细小纤维状;随保温时间和加入温度的提高,共晶Si组织逐渐均匀和细化。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of ZL102 alloys of unmodification and modification with strontium were studied. The experiment results indicate that the strontium modification has a lot of influence on the microstructure of ZL 102 alloy. With the increase of addition of strontium, the morphology of eutectic silicon turns into needle flake and fibrous from schistose at first, finally the tiny fibrous microstructure. Eutectic Si microstructure uniforms and refines as longer holding time and higher temperature. The best process of Sr modification for ZL102 alloy is that Sr addition is 0.05 wt.%, the temperature of adding Sr is at 740 ℃, keeping time after modification is for 40 min. The eutectic Si microstructure after modification shows fine fibrous, α-Alshows small short rod, the tensile strength is 218.5 MPa and the elongation is 2.80%.
