转炉水冷炉口的寿命分析与材质选择

摘要 基于ABAQUS对稳定工况下的水冷炉口进行了数值模拟,得到了温度、应力和应变随时间变化的函数。结果显示,水冷炉口内圆处长期受到交变应力的影响产生龟裂纹。通过分析塑性应变幅,预测了炉口的裂纹萌生位置。通过比较三种球铁材质炉口的成本及寿命,确定QT500-7为较理想的炉口材质。 The numerical simulation of the water-cooling mouth used in converter under working condition was carried out based on ABAQUS. Temperature, stress and strain as the functions of time were obtained. The locations of crack initiation were predicted through the analysis of the plastic strain ranges. The results show that thermal fatigue cracks appear at the inner cycle of the water-cooling mouth due to the alternating stress. QT500-7 was determined as the ideal material of the water-cooling mouth through the comparison of the costing and working lives of the ones cast by three kinds of nodular cast iron.
