渗蜡工艺对快速熔模精铸原型件精度的影响规律

摘要 针对快速熔模精铸PS原型件,渗蜡时间、渗蜡温度和二次渗蜡工艺对原型件尺寸误差E r的影响进行了实验研究。结果表明:一次渗蜡后原型件尺寸变小,当原型件内部气体全部排出时精度较高,平均尺寸误差E r为-0.06%;渗蜡温度低于73℃时尺寸误差E r受渗蜡温度的影响显著,二次渗蜡可以适当提高尺寸精度,二次渗蜡时间为6 min时平均尺寸误差E r为0.02%。 The effect of wax penetration time, temperature, secondary wax penetration technical on prototyping dimensional error Er was experimentally researched in rapid investment casting. The results show that the size of PS prototypes becomes smaller after initial wax penetration, the PS prototypes have high accuracy when all intemal gases are exhausted, the average size error Er of prototype is -0.06%; the wax penetration temperature has significant effects on prototype size error when wax penetration temperature is below 73℃, secondary wax penetration can improve the size accuracy of PS prototypes, the average size error is 0.02% when the secondary wax penetration time is 6 min.
