摘要
针对立式半连续铸造过程的非稳态特点,采用MiLE算法处理非稳态铸造过程,建立立式半连铸板坯内流动、传热及凝固过程的数学模型。以尺寸为900 mm×2800 mm特厚板坯为研究对象,模拟计算了半连续铸造拉坯及随后的凝固过程。探讨了拉坯速度、过热度、水口数量、钢种等因素对板坯凝固过程的影响。
According to the transient characteristics of vertical semi-continuous casting, a mathematical model of flow, heat transfer and solidification process in slab is built using the MiLE method. An extra thick slab with a cross-section of 900 mm× 2800 mm was modeled, and the casting process and subsequent solidification process of semi-continuous casting was simulated. The influence of casting speed, superheat, nozzle number and steel grade on slab solidification process was investigated and discussed.
