摘要
在镁合金生产中,加入适量锆元素能够提高合金的铸造性能、细化晶粒。以ZK60A镁合金为研究对象,提出了利用低成本海绵锆替代Mg-30Zr中间合金的锆加入方式,通过实验对比了两种加入方式的锆实收率、晶粒尺寸,并改进了海绵锆加入工艺,得到了符合质量要求的ZK60A镁合金铸锭,降低了铸造成本。
In the production of magnesium alloy, adding proper amount of zirconium can improve casting properties, refine alloy grain. Taking ZK60A magnesium alloy as research object, a zirconium adding form in zirconium sponge with low cost instead of Mg-30Zr intermediate alloy was proposed, the zirconium yield and grain size were compared in the two kinds of adding modes of zirconium. By the improvement of adding process of zirconium sponge, the ZK60A magnesium alloy ingot with quality requirements was obtained and the casting cost was reduced.
