汽车用钢板的工业制备工艺研究

Research on Industrial Production Process for Automobile Beam Steel

摘要 在热连轧生产线上,以510MPa级钢坯轧制590MPa级汽车大梁钢。结果表明,当终轧温度较低(820~840℃).卷取温度为610-640℃时,含钒微合金钢取得了较佳的沉淀强化与细晶强化成效,产品综合性能满足工业应用要求。 In hot rolling production line, 510MPa grade-level billet was used to roll 590MPa automobile beam steel. The results show that when the fmal rolling temperature is low, about 820-840℃, and coiling temperature is 610-640℃, the micro-alloyed steel with vanadium can achieve well effect of precipitation strengthening and grain strengthening, and the comprehensive performance of the production can meet industrial application requirements.
