摘要 采用消失模铸造工艺代替焊接工艺制造电厂输煤管道的球形弯头,从铸钢球形弯头材质成分选择、熔炼工艺、消失模铸造工艺和热处理工艺等方面介绍了研制技术与方法,并分析了球形弯头铸造产生孔洞的原因及解决措施。实践证明,制造的铸钢球形弯头使用寿命和生产效率分别是焊接工艺的1.8倍和1.2倍,有效地提高了输煤运行效率,降低了输煤管道的消耗量。 The spherical elbows for coal conveying pipe in power plant were manufactured using EPC process instead of welding process. The technique and method of manufacturing cast steel spherical elbow were inlroduced, including material composition selection, melting process, lost foam casting process and heat treatment process,and the forming causes of holes in spherical elbow castings and solving measures were analyzed. Practice show that, the life and production efficiency of spherical elbow of cast steel are 1.8 times and 1.2 times of welding process, respectively, which improve the efficiency of coal conveying effectively, and reduces the consumption of coal conveying pipeline.
