摘要
分析了缩短轮毂模具开发周期的必要性,采用VERICUT软件对轮毂模具进行了加工仿真及NC代码优化。结果表明,在轮毂模具开发过程中,采用VERICUT软件能够有效的提高开发效率。
The necessity to shorten development cycle of dies was analyzed, the machining simulation and optimization of NC code of the dies were studied using VERICUT sottware. The results show that, in the development process of wheel hub dies, using VERICUT software can effectively improve the efficiency of development.
