摘要
探讨了精密HT350液压元件的消失模铸造工艺。实际应用结果显示:选取碳含量较低的模样材料,采用顶注式浇注方法;使用新研制的耐火涂料,合理提升浇注温度,有效控制真空度;可铸造出表面光滑、尺寸准确的精密液压元件。
Lost foam casting process for precision hydraulic parts was explored. The application results show that precision hydraulic parts with smooth surface and accuracy size can be manufactured selecting pattern materials with low carbon content, using top gating methods and fire-resistant coatings, upgrading pouring temperature rationally, and controlled vacuum degree effectively.
