This article introduced the energy crisis and the development necessity of wind power, the composition of the grid-connected wind power generation system and the current research, focusing on that variable speed constant frequency generating system is better than the constant speed constant frequency generation system performance. The article also elaborated the basis ideas of no-load and network load, and the control mechanism, which is of great importance to the analysis of the impact of wind power on network power system.
