摘要
梅山精矿粉的铁矿物中含有较多的菱铁矿,脉石中含有粘土矿物,精矿粉水分高、粘性大、软融温度低,软融区间宽,在烧结过程中料层阻力大,透气性差,垂直烧结速度慢。研究表明,适当控制混合料水分,加强制粒,使混合料具有良好的粒度组成(特别是白云石粒度应尽量细,其中大于3mm的应在5%以下),并且应减少白云石配入量(以1988年配比量的1/2为宜)。这样可得到优质烧结矿。
Meishan iron ore concentrates contain a substantial amount of siderite in iron minerals and some Clay minerals in the gangue. Therefore, the moisture content and viscidity of the concentrates are high and the concentrates have a low softening-melting point and wide range of softening-melting temperature, which resulted in some problems in sintering operation including high resistance of bed, worse permeability and lower sintering velocity. The study in this paper shows that in order to obtain high quality sinter, it is necessary to properly control the moisture content in blends and carefully granulate the blends for obtaining appropriate granularity in which the particle size of dolomite should be as small as possible. It is favourable that the proportion of dolomite with particle size greater than 3 mm is less than 5%. It is also necessary to reduce the dolomite content of the blends to half as many as that adopted in 1989.
