摘要 探讨了智能变电站220 kV操作回路普遍采用的单开关操作机构与双独立操作箱之间所产生的矛盾,一些附属回路设计仍需经一步改进。讨论了如何解决闭锁重合闸回路和事故总信号回路的改进措施,提出了几种解决办法,并进行了验证,将有利于在今后设计和建造变电站时减少隐患。 This paper explored the contradictions caused between single switching operating device and double indendent operating circuit which were generally used in smart substation 220 V circuit, and the design of some subsidiary circuit which needs to be improved. The paper also discussed how to improve the block reclosing and fault total signal circuit, and proposed a couple of solutions. The verification was given. It will benefit reducing potential risks in the future design and construction of substation.
